Reedy and Company is a property investment and management company located in Memphis TN. We manage rental properties owned by local and foreign investors, and offer more services to property investors than most; everything from private financing, property management, and sales. When you choose Reedy and Company, you not only have a team of property managers working for you, but property managers who will ensure that you receive the attention that you deserve as an owner.

Reedy and Company Realtors, LLC was founded in 2002 by Jim Reedy and his wife, Debi. Jim studied real estate at the University of Memphis in the 1970s and became a Realtor while still in college and as he gained experience in the Memphis real estate business, he recognized the need for quality rental properties, giving life to his aspirations of being an industry leader in Memphis. Debi studied advertising at the University of Memphis where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, her skills have been a great asset to the family business since. Reedy and Company has grown from being a small local realtor group in 2002 to a full-service property management company that accumulated over 1,850 homes by the end of 2015. Now, Reedy and Company Realtors, LLC manages homes owned by local and foreign investors and offers services to investors unique to the industry; everything from private financing, property management, and sales. With a team of 30+ fully licensed and bonded maintenance and support staff, we are able to quickly and efficiently resolve any maintenance issues that arise at a rental property. The mission meets our daily work in providing a balance between the needs of our tenants along with the interest of our owners. We do this by working within a set of reputable and duplicatable systems to insure accountability throughout ownership to include tenant screening and placement, timely rent collection, dependable communication, experience, and ongoing education to remain at the top of our industry as technologies and resources change.
